REFUND POLICY — minotaurAI.io
Effective Date: April 13, 2026
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before completing your order, as policies differ between AI services, digital products, and physical merchandise.
AI Agent Services and Subscriptions
AI agent services and subscription plans are billed in advance for each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues through the end of your current billing period.
Refunds for AI services are available under the following conditions:
- Service outage: If our AI services experience unplanned downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Billing error: If you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
- First-time purchase: If you are dissatisfied with your first subscription period, contact us within 14 days of initial purchase for a full refund.
Refunds are not available for:
- Partially used billing periods (except for first-time purchases within 14 days)
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs (see AI Disclaimer)
- Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service
Physical Products
We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Print-on-Demand Merchandise
All minotaurAI merchandise (t-shirts, hats, accessories) is produced on demand through our fulfillment partner Printful. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind on print-on-demand items.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described or shown, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@minotaurai.io. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Digital Products
Digital products — including downloads, reports, and gated content access — are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law or where the product is found to be defective or inaccessible.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a digital product you have purchased, contact us at support@minotaurai.io and we will resolve the issue or, if unable to do so, issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Print-on-demand items returned for change of mind
- Digital downloads once accessed or downloaded
- AI service subscriptions outside the 14-day first-time window
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@minotaurai.io.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
