All minotaurAI physical merchandise is produced and shipped on demand through our fulfillment partner Printful. Because each item is made specifically for your order, please allow time for both production and shipping.


Production Time

After your order is placed, items must be produced before they are shipped. This is not off-the-shelf inventory — each piece is made to order.

Over 97% of orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Production times may extend during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to temporary supply constraints.


Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after production is complete. Estimated transit times below are in addition to production time.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, and unforeseen events (weather, holidays, etc.) may extend these timeframes.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping label is generated.


International Orders and Customs

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We are unable to predict or control customs clearance times or fees. If you are unsure about your country's import policies, please check with your local customs office before ordering.

minotaurAI is not responsible for any customs or import fees, and cannot refund orders that are refused or abandoned at customs.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@minotaurai.io with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will work with Printful to replace or refund the affected item at no cost to you. minotaurAI is not responsible for packages reported as lost where the tracking shows successful delivery. In such cases, please contact your local carrier directly and file a claim.
